SOUNDS LiKE CHAOS: All Routes Lead In

Sat 13 Jul 2024, 2pm

The radical youth arts collective brings their raw energy to our free Riverside Stage for a day of colourful workshops, music and more.

Part of You Belong Here

Join us for a performance of Set the Standards, an event filled with art, conversation and celebration by young people, for everyone, with some of the finest young talent on the London circuit.

SOUNDS LiKE CHAOS is a youth arts collective based in Lewisham, made up of 13 – 25-year-olds from diverse backgrounds, with the ideas, skills and perspectives the cultural and creative industries desperately need.

Fun and experimental, they have created over 20 shows and experiences that speak to the issues that matter to them and their communities. Their work crosses genres, making original music and sound art, fashion, film, performance, youth-led research and podcasts.

Their devised performances are energetic, raw and fun, specialising in making a mess on stage and leaving behind a trail of chaos.

In collaboration with SOUNDS LiKE CHAOS

This summer, we’re collaborating with a range of London-based collectives and organisations to curate the Riverside Stage in response to the theme of our season, You Belong Here, enabling these collaborators to welcome different audiences and recognise how they want and choose to belong here at the Southbank Centre.
