The Baked Bean DJ Collective is an eclectic, dynamic and diverse group of DJs with learning disabilities, who spin the decks across London. You won’t want to miss these sunsoaked (fingers crossed) events.
The Baked Bean Charity has been helping people with learning disabilities get more from their lives since 1997, providing outstanding classes in music, theatre, the arts and more. The Baked Bean DJ Collective hosts two classes a week in South London, training DJs to professional standards and getting them ready to play across the city.
This summer, we’re collaborating with a range of London-based collectives and organisations to curate the Riverside Stage in response to the theme of our season, You Belong Here, enabling these collaborators to welcome different audiences and recognise how they choose to belong here at the Southbank Centre.

This is a Relaxed Event. These performances have a relaxed approach to noise and movement in the space, and you are free to enter and exit during the performances.
This event contains amplified recorded music in an outdoor space. There are no adjustments to sound and lighting for this event. A chill-out space and noise-cancelling headphones are available for both adults and children.

Access
We’re working hard to remove barriers, so that our facilities and events can be accessible to as many people as possible.
All help points, toilets, performance and exhibition spaces at the Southbank Centre are accessible to all, as are the cafes, bars and restaurants. We also have excellent public transport links with step-free access.

Food & drink
On Level 2 of our Royal Festival Hall you can grab a slice of life by the Thames with drinks and freshly made pizza at our Festival Bar & Kitchen which opens out onto our Riverside Terrace. You can grab a coffee and a slice of freshly made cake from our Ballroom Cafe. Or alternatively enjoy destination dining in the restaurant at Skylon.
From coffee to cocktails, filling favourites to fine dining, plus some of London’s best street food – it’s all here at the Southbank Centre.
