Hiring our venues for artistic events

Our iconic auditoriums are available to hire for your artistic events

Every year we put on hundreds of events ranging from free gigs to showpiece concerts from the world’s very best performers, and from one-off shows to extraordinary world-renowned festivals, like Meltdown.

But within our artistic programme we also have a number of dates available for public events produced by external event organisers and promoters.

We welcome enquiries for artistic event bookings around 12 – 18 months in advance. Occasionally, we may be able to offer a date sooner than that.

We always want to ensure any event happening at the Southbank Centre is as successful as possible. With the highest levels of production, event management, box office, front of house and marketing support from us, you’ll know that when you take to the stage of one of the world’s foremost arts venues, you have a great team behind you.

Owing to scale, not all venues are suitable for all projects. Our experienced team will lead you through the options and work with you to ensure the venue you hire is a great fit for you.

Please be aware that due to the large volume of proposals we receive, we cannot guarantee date availability for any project.
