How to activate your Membership
- If you received notification of your gift Membership by email, simply follow the link you received and quickly add your Membership to your account.
- If you received a physical gift voucher, you can activate your Membership via the buttons below.
- Select either single Membership or joint Membership, and then choose the one-off payment option.
- At the checkout, input your unique activation code from your gift Membership package.
- Once your gift Membership is activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Membership number. This will arrive within a day of activating your Membership and also includes tips on how you can start using your benefits straight away.

As a Member, you get to enjoy a year of the following:
- Access to presale tickets for every show, and no booking fees
- Free unlimited entry to all Hayward Gallery exhibitions
- Access to the Members’ Lounge for you and a guest
- Discounts at Southbank Centre Shops and at various restaurants and cafes throughout our buildings.
Gift Memberships can be activated at any time within 12 months from the purchase date.
The recipient will have access to the full range of benefits for 12 months from the date on which the Membership is activated.
Yes, simply select ‘To someone as a gift’ when asked where you want to send your gift Membership.
Gift Memberships are delivered by email, so we just need the recipient’s name and email address.
Gift Memberships bought via the Southbank Centre website are delivered by email as soon as you complete your order.
